If a product is missing, damaged, or spoiled, Madre's must be contacted via email at info@themadresfoods.com within three days of receiving the product damage.
The email must include the order number, an invoice image, a picture of the exterior box, and two clear pictures of the damaged product.
If a package contains more than one item, only the defective product may be returned and replaced.
A package may only be returned and replaced if just the damaged item is included.
